- 1. How to make a purchase?

a. Select the items you want
First you need to browse or search for the items you would like to order.
b. Add the items to your shopping card
If you want to purchase the specific product, click ‘add to cart’
c. Checkout -
You will be direct to ‘’Shopping Cart’ Page
Click ‘Modify’ if you want to change the quantity.
Click ‘Remove’ if you want to remove the item from your shopping cart.
Click ‘Check Out’ when you finish selecting all the items you want.
d. Log-in
• If you are a new customer, click ‘register’ and fill in some particulars to proceed.
• If you are a returning customer, key in your username (email address) and password.
e. Click ‘Checkout’ and fill in the Shipping and Billing details and choose the payment method you wish to use. Click’ Continue’ if all information have been key-in.
f. Confirm all the details are correct by clicking ‘Continue’ to proceed to payment page

- 1. When will my order ship? How long will it take to get here?

The instant you checkout, SMilDS.com begins processing your order. Your purchase is forwarded to the individual merchants that you purchased from. Each merchant has their own order processing and products must be shipped within 7 working days still unless due to unforeseen circumstances.
If happens whereby merchants are out of stock, Plantform2u.com as well as buyer will be informed and further required actions will be taken.
- 2. For damaged/wrong/lost goods, what is the replacement procedure?

If you did not receive your package or after receiving already damaged, please contact Platform2u.com within 24 hours or email us at: support@smilds.com to inform us that you did not receive your package/ damage package and provide us your order details.
As for package lost, we will first get a confirmation from our logistic partners and proceed to replace you with the same item and ship to you again.
